'09 Koh Lipe photos - Visit Thailand

T he name of Koh Lipe wasn't recognised until RF brought it out 2 years ago. It was a place that was mysterious for me to venture on. It may have been 7 mths ago that I was "grounded" from last bali's trip. I was anxious to release my very self to nature(Hei! with wearing only a short and bare footing and a few hundreds bahts at hands wandering wherever and eating watever! That was total freedom at that corner of world!).

Koh Lipe formulates the sky, sandy beaches, tropical forest and islanders into a beauty of its own. Slightly bigger than Perhentian besar, the rest is working pretty same way as perhentian except with more developed on logding and strecth of main street displaying cafes, restaurants, souverniors. We have had the best bbq "squid" ever so to claim. Others groupers/jacks/prawns/lobsters were up for grapse during our visit. We have our 1st ever taste of bbq sail-fish on that island. There all were freshly caught and spiced with the local lime-garlic-chily source. I'm watering even writing this note now!

The days were past swiftly with 2-full day diving. The whole course was adventurous though little surprise underwaters. Not much on these part of the world except some residential eels and sea urchens(better luck RF got a swallen thumb after accidentally kick on this sucker). There was one site where pinkish soft corals were impressively sprouted, like we have entered into the pinky world.
