Perhentian Island (Pulau Besar -Long Beach), Terrenganu - VisitMalaysia2008
It was fun to back to long beach again after 2 years ago. I was not expected to have settled in a hot shower and air-conditioned room(Moonlite), though the electricity did not work well for day one. We could not afford to have stayed in Bubu hotel where the room rate has been double since then. All I so wanted to do was to dive in saltwater and out of blue, the dive master declined my first dive of the day! I wasn't qualified for advance-dive... Comm'on, I've been waiting for a sea-swim all this while and penalised to stay back for a while(?!) Ah Bong was sleeping in the afternoon and the salt-water was to tempting to me. I walked straight to the rocky beach line and dipped my self in the shores... I was comfortable in floating without floats in 10m depth. About to satisfy with the enjoyment of this swim, I fell off over the slippy algae-surface rocks while returning to get my sandals! Some bruises and cuts on my leg were the souveniors of my first day!
Total cost = about RM650 for 3D2N on a return trip to KL. Inclusives of 3 dives.
